Algiers – Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, met with his Rwandan counterpart, Olivier Jean Patrick, on Sunday, on the sidelines of the International Conference on the Criminalization of Colonialism in Africa, currently underway in Algiers.
