Algiers, Algeria – Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held discussions with Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maxim Ryzhenkov, this evening, according to a statement released by the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
