Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Attaf received his Botswanan counterpart, Minister of International Affairs, Phandu Skelemani, on Tuesday. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 12th High-Level Seminar on Peace and Security in Africa, the ‘Oran Process’.
