The Minister of National Solidarity, Family and Women’s Affairs, Souria Mouloudji, has conveyed her warmest congratulations and sincere appreciation to people with disabilities on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, observed annually on December 3rd.
In her message, the Minister stated: “On this special day, I am pleased to extend to our dear citizens with high aspirations throughout our proud nation my sincerest expressions of appreciation and pride. Your strong will and creative energies embody the meaning of dedication and perseverance in transforming challenges into achievements shining with hope and determination.”
Minister Mouloudji added that on this occasion, the Ministry of National Solidarity, Family and Women’s Affairs reaffirms its commitment to further strengthening the system of rights for people with disabilities, developing specialized education, and improving the quality of services provided to them. This is to ensure their effective participation in the social and economic life of our country.
The Minister emphasized the government’s ongoing efforts to integrate individuals with disabilities into all aspects of society, promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities. These efforts include providing accessible infrastructure, fostering inclusive employment practices, and raising awareness about the rights and potential of people with disabilities.
She concluded her message by wishing them continued health and well-being, and further success and brilliance in their academic and professional journeys, saying: “Happy International Day of Persons with Disabilities.”
