Algiers – President Abdelmadjid Tebboune delivered a message to participants at the fourth edition of the African Startup Conference, taking place in Algiers from December 6th to 8th, 2025. The address was presented on his behalf by Prime Minister Seifi Ghrib at the opening ceremony on Saturday.
In his message, President Tebboune emphasized Algeria’s commitment to fostering a vibrant ecosystem for startups across the African continent. He highlighted the crucial role of innovation and entrepreneurship in driving economic growth and creating opportunities for young Africans.
