Minister Belaribi Inspects AADL Housing Project in Sidi Abdellah

Algiers – Minister of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, conducted a field visit today to the 10,507-unit AADL (National Housing Improvement and Development Agency) housing project in Sidi Abdellah, Algiers.

The Minister’s inspection aimed to assess the progress of the construction works. During the visit, Belaribi instructed the officials in charge of the new city development to establish a specific timeline for the completion of primary and secondary road works. He also mandated the creation of a roadmap to ensure the project’s completion within the stipulated deadlines, according to a statement released by the Ministry.

The AADL housing program is a key initiative by the Algerian government to provide affordable housing to its citizens. The Sidi Abdellah project represents a significant component of this program, aiming to address the growing demand for housing in the capital city.

Minister Belaribi emphasized the importance of adhering to the established timelines and maintaining the quality of construction. He reiterated the government’s commitment to providing decent housing for all Algerians and highlighted the crucial role of the AADL program in achieving this objective.

The Ministry’s statement further indicated that Minister Belaribi will continue to closely monitor the progress of the Sidi Abdellah project and other similar housing initiatives across the country to ensure their successful and timely completion.
