Minister Belaribi Inspects 10,507 AADL Housing Project in Sidi Abdellah

Sidi Abdellah, December 7, 2025 – Minister of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, today oversaw a technical meeting at the site of the 10,507-unit AADL (Agence d’Amélioration et de Développement du Logement) housing project in Sidi Abdellah.

According to a statement from the Ministry, the meeting was dedicated to monitoring and evaluating the progress of the work, reviewing adherence to the established timeline, and addressing the various obstacles hindering the project’s implementation.

During the second part of the meeting, the director of the new city of Sidi Abdellah presented a detailed overview of the progress of external development works, including primary and secondary road construction. The status of public facilities and the financial situation of the construction companies were also discussed.

Following the meetings with all project stakeholders, Minister Belaribi conducted a field visit to the 10,507-unit housing project to identify and address any outstanding issues.

In this context, Belaribi instructed the officials of the new city of Sidi Abdellah to establish a timeline for the completion of primary and secondary road works, emphasizing the need for collaborative effort and a roadmap to ensure timely completion of the project.

The Minister stressed the importance of adhering to quality standards and delivering the housing units to beneficiaries as scheduled. He reiterated the government’s commitment to providing decent housing for all citizens through various housing programs, including the AADL scheme.
