DZWatch Exclusive: The National Fund for the Equalization of Social Services (FNPOS) has announced the launch of an exceptional registration period for new housing units available to its members. This initiative is part of a comprehensive housing program spanning numerous provinces throughout Algeria.
The registration period commences on December 11th and will remain open for a limited duration of 15 days. FNPOS urges all eligible members to promptly submit their applications within the stipulated timeframe. Applications will be exclusively processed through the national electronic platform, a move aimed at enhancing transparency and streamlining administrative procedures, aligning with the government’s digitalization policy and improving public service efficiency. The requirement for physical visits to local offices has been eliminated.
This new housing program encompasses 2460 residential units currently under construction, distributed across 24 provinces, including Adrar, Laghouat, Oum El Bouaghi, Batna, Biskra, Bechar, Tissemsilt, Tiaret, Djelfa, Setif, Souk Ahras, Annaba, Guelma, Medea, M’Sila, Ouargla, Oran, El Tarf, Tipaza, and other provinces.
Applicants are encouraged to visit the official FNPOS digital platform for comprehensive information regarding the registration process and eligibility criteria. The fund emphasizes its commitment to providing accessible and efficient services to its members through innovative digital solutions. This initiative represents a significant step towards addressing the housing needs of Algerian citizens and promoting social equity.
