The Algerian pavilion promises to be a prominent feature of this year’s FIDAK, which is being held at the Dakar International Exhibition Village until December 31st. The 72 participating national companies operate in diverse fields, including the food and agriculture industries, construction materials and equipment, and renewable energy. The services and consulting sectors are also well represented.

Algeria’s participation in FIDAK is overseen by the Ministry of Trade and Export Promotion. This involvement aligns with the ministry’s strategic objectives, which include supporting national operators and facilitating the wider distribution of Algerian products in promising markets.

FIDAK provides a valuable platform for Algerian businesses to connect with potential partners, explore new market opportunities, and showcase the quality and diversity of Algerian goods and services. The fair is expected to attract a large number of visitors from across Africa and beyond, offering unparalleled exposure for Algerian enterprises.

The strong Algerian presence at FIDAK underscores the country’s commitment to strengthening its economic ties with Senegal and the wider African continent. By actively participating in such international trade events, Algeria aims to boost its exports, attract foreign investment, and promote sustainable economic growth.
