Housing Minister Inspects 10,507 AADL Housing Project in Sidi Abdallah

Minister of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, presided over a technical meeting today at the site of the 10,507-unit AADL (National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development) housing project in Sidi Abdallah. The Director-General of AADL and representatives from all construction companies involved in the project were in attendance.

The meeting focused on monitoring and evaluating the progress of construction, reviewing adherence to the established timeline, and discussing any obstacles hindering the project’s completion. Minister Belaribi emphasized the importance of adhering to deadlines and ensuring the quality of the work.

During the second part of the meeting, the director of the new city of Sidi Abdallah delivered a detailed presentation on the progress of external development works, including primary and secondary roads. He also provided an update on the status of public facilities and the financial situation of the construction companies.

Following the meetings, the Minister conducted a site visit to inspect potential problem areas and address any concerns. He stressed the need to establish a clear timeline for completing work on the primary and secondary roads. He also emphasized the importance of collaborative effort and developing a roadmap to ensure the project is completed within the specified timeframe.

The Minister reiterated the government’s commitment to providing adequate housing for its citizens and ensuring the successful completion of the AADL housing program. This project is a vital part of that commitment.
