Algiers, December 9, 2025 – A specialized training course aimed at bolstering the cybersecurity defenses of state institutions and national bodies concluded today. The program, designed for personnel responsible for the security of information systems, was a collaborative effort between the National Information Systems Security Agency (ANSSI), under the Ministry of National Defense, and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The intensive training was held at the National Higher School of Cybersecurity, located within the Abdelhafid Hadaden Science and Technology Hub in Sidi Abdellah. Participants engaged in comprehensive modules covering the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in cybersecurity.
The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to safeguarding critical infrastructure and sensitive data from increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks. By equipping professionals with advanced skills and knowledge, the training aims to enhance the resilience of national systems and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of vital information.
