Algiers, December 9, 2025 – The National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL) has announced a series of facilitations for beneficiaries of the AADL 3 housing program regarding the payment of installments.
The agency stated today that these new measures aim to simplify and expedite the payment process for citizens who have been allocated housing units under the AADL 3 scheme. The key enhancement involves the introduction of multiple electronic payment methods.
AADL 3 beneficiaries can now settle their housing installments using the ‘Golden Card’ (Carte Dahabia), interbank payment cards (CIB), ‘Baridi Mob’ and ‘Baridi Web’ platforms. This shift towards digital payment options is expected to significantly reduce processing times and minimize the need for physical visits to AADL offices.
This initiative reflects AADL’s commitment to modernizing its services and providing convenient solutions for its beneficiaries. By embracing digital technologies, the agency aims to enhance efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.
These changes are effective immediately and are expected to be welcomed by AADL 3 subscribers across the country. AADL encourages all beneficiaries to familiarize themselves with the new payment options and take advantage of the simplified process to ensure timely settlement of their housing installments.
The move is also seen as a step towards greater financial inclusion and the promotion of a cashless economy in Algeria.
