The National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL) has announced that subscribers to the AADL 3 housing program can now settle their due installments electronically. This initiative aims to streamline the payment process and provide greater convenience for beneficiaries.
According to AADL, the online payment options include using postal and bank cards. Subscribers can also utilize the ‘Baridi Mob’ and ‘Baridi Web’ applications for making payments. This expansion of payment methods provides AADL 3 subscribers with increased flexibility and choice.
The agency emphasized that these electronic payment methods are readily available for AADL 3 subscribers wishing to settle their installments. This move aligns with the ongoing efforts to modernize public services and facilitate digital transactions.
DZWatch understands that AADL previously signed a framework agreement with Algeria Post and the National Housing Bank on August 21st. This agreement allows for the use of the ‘Baridi Mob’ application for electronic payments of monthly installments for AADL 1 and AADL 2 subscribers. This earlier agreement demonstrates AADL’s commitment to expanding electronic payment options across all its housing programs.
The introduction of these electronic payment methods for AADL 3 is in line with the government’s roadmap to develop electronic payment systems and digitize public services offered to citizens. This initiative is expected to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burdens for both AADL and its subscribers.
The availability of these four electronic payment methods marks a significant step forward in modernizing the AADL payment system. Subscribers are encouraged to explore these options for a faster and more convenient way to manage their AADL 3 installments.
