Algiers, DZWatch – AADL Gestimmo, the real estate management branch of the AADL (Agence d’Amélioration et de Développement du Logement), announced today the electronic availability of November 2025 rent invoices for all beneficiaries of the AADL rent-to-own housing program.
According to an official statement, tenants can now access and pay their monthly rent invoices conveniently online. This initiative aims to streamline the payment process and provide a more accessible service for AADL residents.
The announcement detailed that beneficiaries can view their invoices and proceed with payment through the official AADL Gestimmo portal: aadl gestimmo.dz/epaiemnet. The online platform offers a secure and efficient method for managing rental obligations.
A wide range of payment options are available to accommodate all tenants. AADL Gestimmo confirmed that payments can be made using the Algérie Poste Gold Card, as well as various bank cards including those issued by CPA, BEA, AGB, BankABC, Salam Bank, Trust, BDL, Natixis, CNEP, Arab Bank, and Housing Bank.
This move towards online invoice delivery and payment processing underscores AADL’s commitment to modernizing its services and enhancing the tenant experience. It is anticipated to reduce administrative burdens and provide greater flexibility for residents in managing their housing payments.
