Algeria and Jordan Discuss Enhanced Bilateral Cooperation

Amman, Jordan – Senior Algerian and Jordanian officials convened in Amman yesterday to discuss avenues for strengthening bilateral cooperation. The meeting took place on the sidelines of a regional forum concerning the renewal of support for International Humanitarian Law held at the Dead Sea.

Lounès Magramane, Secretary-General of the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad and African Affairs, met with his Jordanian counterpart, Dhaifallah Al-Fayez, to explore prospects for deepening Algerian-Jordanian ties. Discussions encompassed a broad range of topics, including economic partnerships, cultural exchange programs, and potential collaborations in the fields of technology and education.

According to a statement released by the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two officials also engaged in a comprehensive exchange of views and analyses on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
