Oran, Algeria – December 13, 2025 – Authorities in Oran have apprehended four individuals, including two women, suspected of establishing and operating a location for immoral activities. The arrests were carried out by officers of the 11th Urban Security division of the Oran State Police.
According to a statement released by the Oran police, the operation was initiated following credible information received concerning a residence within their jurisdiction. This residence was allegedly being used by unfamiliar individuals as a site for illicit and immoral practices.
Following a period of thorough investigation, surveillance, and monitoring, and after securing all necessary legal authorizations from the Public Prosecutor at the Flaouassen Court, law enforcement officers raided the premises. During the raid, the four suspects were taken into custody.
Authorities also seized 19,000 Algerian Dinars, believed to be proceeds generated from the illegal activities taking place at the location. Legal proceedings have been initiated against those implicated in the case, and they have been presented before the judicial authorities to face charges.
