Algiers, Algeria – Algeria Post has announced a new measure designed to ensure a seamless transition for customers of the Caisse Nationale d’Épargne et de Prévoyance (CNEP) as they switch from traditional savings books to the new CNEP-Poste card.
The initiative aims to prevent any disruption in financial transactions during the exchange process. When customers submit their savings book at a post office to receive the CNEP-Poste card, they will be issued a temporary receipt.
This temporary receipt will allow customers to continue performing various financial transactions without interruption until they officially receive their CNEP-Poste card. Algeria Post emphasizes that this system will allow for continued access to funds and banking services.
“This measure is part of our ongoing efforts to improve the quality of services provided to our customers and facilitate their transition to modern payment methods,” stated a representative from Algeria Post. “It ensures greater convenience and a better response to their daily needs, particularly concerning withdrawals, deposits, and settlement of financial transactions without any downtime.”
Algeria Post affirms its commitment to supporting CNEP customers in their digital transformation journey. The company aims to strengthen confidence in new banking solutions designed to modernize financial services and simplify procedures.
The introduction of the temporary receipt system underscores Algeria Post’s dedication to providing reliable and accessible banking services to its customers throughout the country.
