Boumerdes – The Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City has announced the amount of the first installment for the AADL 3 (location-vente) housing program. Minister Mohamed Tarek Belaribi made the announcement on Monday, outlining the initial financial commitment required from prospective homeowners.
According to the Minister, the first installment for three-room apartments has been set at DZD 343,000. For larger, four-room units, the initial payment will be DZD 431,500. These amounts are to be paid in two separate installments.
The AADL 3 program, overseen by the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL), aims to provide affordable housing options to eligible citizens through a rent-to-own scheme. The program is a key component of the government’s broader efforts to address the housing shortage and improve living conditions across the country.
