Down Payment Amounts for AADL 3 Housing Program Announced

Boumerdes – The Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City has announced the initial down payment amounts for the highly anticipated AADL 3 (Location-Vente) housing program. Minister Mohamed Tarek Belaribi confirmed the figures on Monday, outlining the financial obligations for prospective homeowners.

According to the Minister, the first tranche for three-room apartments within the AADL 3 scheme has been set at 343,000 Algerian dinars. For larger, four-room units, the initial payment will be 431,500 Algerian dinars.

The Ministry clarified that these down payments are to be made in two installments, providing some financial flexibility for applicants. This phased payment approach aims to ease the burden on beneficiaries as they embark on their homeownership journey.

The AADL 3 program is expected to address the significant demand for affordable housing across the nation. Details regarding the application process, eligibility criteria, and project locations are expected to be released by the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL) in the coming weeks.

DZWatch will continue to provide updates on the AADL 3 program as more information becomes available. This announcement marks a significant step forward in the government’s efforts to provide accessible housing solutions for Algerian citizens. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning views the AADL program as a cornerstone of its strategy to improve living standards and promote social stability.
