Algiers, Algeria – The High Commissariat for Digitalization and the Ministry of Youth have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at expanding access to and utilization of the state’s sovereign cloud computing resources. The agreement, finalized on Monday, December 15, 2025, will leverage the National Data Center for Digital Services.
