ADL 3 Housing: First Installment Prices Announced

Boumerdas, Algeria – The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Tarek Belaribi, announced today the price range for the initial installment of the highly anticipated ADL 3 housing program. The announcement was made during the inauguration ceremony for the construction of 20,000 lease-to-own ADL 3 housing units in the Sidi Hlou urban center, located in the Boumerdas province.

Speaking to the press, Minister Belaribi confirmed that the first installment is set at DZD 343,000 for three-room apartments and DZD 431,500 for four-room apartments. This price structure aims to provide affordable housing options to a wide range of applicants.

In response to directives from President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a flexible payment plan has been implemented. Registered applicants will now have the option to divide the first installment into two payments, spread across a three-month period. This measure is designed to ease the financial burden on subscribers and facilitate a smoother payment process.

The ADL 3 program represents a significant effort by the Algerian government to address the growing demand for affordable housing. By offering a phased payment plan for the initial installment, the government aims to make homeownership more accessible to a larger segment of the population.

Further details regarding the application process and eligibility criteria for the ADL 3 program are expected to be released in the coming weeks. DZWatch will continue to provide updates on this developing story.
