Tizi Ouzou, Algeria – Hakim Medane has announced his resignation from his position as Sporting Director of JS Kabylie, DZWatch has learned. The decision follows a painful 1-0 defeat against ES Setif in the 13th round of the Ligue 1 professional league.
Medane expressed his deep disappointment with the result and indicated that the current situation at the club is not progressing positively. During the post-match press conference, he stated, “I want to leave. We are struggling a lot to achieve good results, and I will hand over the reins to someone more competent.”
The outgoing Sporting Director added, “We played a very difficult match against ES Setif, and I believe that a change may be better in order for someone else to lead the team in the right direction.”
Medane also spoke about the challenges facing the club currently. “We are facing many difficulties, but despite that, I will remain a loyal supporter of JS Kabylie, and I will continue to help the team whenever they need me.”
