Cairo, Algeria – Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, held discussions with Mauritanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mohamed Salem Ould Merzouk, in Cairo today, Saturday.
