Thunderstorms Expected Across Multiple Algerian Provinces Today

Several Algerian provinces are bracing for significant thunderstorms today, according to the national meteorological services. The weather alert covers a wide swathe of the country, with residents advised to take precautions.

A special weather warning has been issued for the following provinces: Algiers, Sidi Bel Abbes, Souk Ahras, Tipaza, El Oued, and Tissemsilt. These areas are expected to experience the most intense rainfall and thunderstorms.

The alert also extends to other provinces, including: Laghouat, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Relizane, Bejaia, Ghardaia, M’Sila, Tiaret, Mila, Oum El Bouaghi, Tebessa, Guelma, Tizi Ouzou, Chlef, and Batna. Residents in these regions should also be prepared for adverse weather conditions.

Furthermore, rainfall is anticipated in: Mostaganem, Annaba, Setif, Ain Temouchent, Djelfa, Tlemcen, Constantine, Skikda, El Bayadh, El M’Ghair, Jijel, Khenchela, Ain Defla, Biskra, El Tarf, Saida, Naama, Boumerdes, Bouira, Mascara, Ouled Djellal, Oran and Blida.
