Algiers – The Ministry of National Solidarity, Family, and Women’s Affairs is bolstering its legal and administrative structure with the implementation of new senior positions. This strategic move aims to enhance the ministry’s capacity to effectively address the needs of vulnerable populations across the country.
Ministerial Decree No. 84, dated October 26, 2025, amends the joint ministerial decree of February 21, 2013, and defines the number of senior positions for employees belonging to specialized national solidarity divisions. This decree is a critical step in streamlining operations and ensuring optimal care for the sector’s beneficiaries, particularly within the ten newly established provinces.
The initiative involves the allocation of six senior positions in each of the new provinces, resulting in a total of 60 newly created roles. These positions are strategically distributed to strengthen the administrative framework at the regional level. The roles include Technical and Pedagogical Inspector of Specialized Education, Technical and Pedagogical Inspector of Specialised Teaching, Administrative and Financial Inspector, Psychological Coordinator, and Social Coordinator.
These senior positions will be distributed across Timimoun, Bordj Badji Mokhtar, Ouled Djellal, Beni Abbes, In Salah, In Guezzam, Touggourt, Djanet, El M’Ghair, and El Menia provinces. This distribution seeks to ensure effective and comprehensive management across all targeted regions.
The decree aims to reinforce the ministry’s institutions with a specialized and well-structured administrative team capable of fulfilling its mandated tasks in optimal professional conditions. The Ministry of Solidarity remains committed to improving the professional standing of its employees and strengthening administrative and pedagogical teams through direct recruitment, promotion, and continuous training. This commitment ensures efficient performance and high-quality service delivery for all beneficiaries.
DZWatch will continue to monitor developments within the Ministry of National Solidarity and provide updates on its efforts to support vulnerable populations throughout Algeria.
