Algiers – The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion has announced an extension to the application deadline for the President of the Republic’s Award for Best Exporter for the year 2025. This decision aims to allow a greater number of economic operators active in the export sector to participate in this important national event.
The ministry stated that this extension is in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 202-24, dated June 24, 2024, which established and organized the award, particularly Articles 12 and 13.
Under this extension, the final deadline for registration and submission of applications is now 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 25, 2025.
The ministry urges those wishing to participate to complete the registration process through the electronic platform dedicated to the award. Applicants must also send the declaration of honor attached to the announcement via the ministry’s official email address.
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion emphasized that files submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered. Economic operators are urged to adhere to the deadlines and procedures to ensure their files are reviewed.
The President of the Republic’s Award for Best Exporter is a national initiative designed to stimulate non-hydrocarbon exports, encourage Algerian companies to improve their competitiveness, and enhance the presence of Algerian products in international markets.
