The Minister of National Solidarity, Family and Women’s Affairs, Souria Mouloudji, chaired a coordination meeting dedicated to examining the sector’s investment program for 2026 and preparations for the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, according to a ministry statement.
The statement indicated that the meeting, part of a series of regular sector coordination meetings, addressed the “results of investment projects for the year 2025, preparations for launching the sector’s investment program, and human resources planning for 2026.”
During the meeting, there was also a presentation and launch of new digital services, in addition to commencing national preparations for the holy month of Ramadan.
The ministry is prioritizing the efficient execution of its investment plans to enhance social programs and support vulnerable populations. Key areas of focus include improving access to social services, strengthening family support mechanisms, and promoting women’s empowerment. The digital services initiative aims to streamline administrative processes and improve service delivery to citizens.
Preparations for Ramadan are underway to ensure adequate support for families in need during the fasting period. The Ministry is working with local authorities and civil society organizations to distribute food packages and provide assistance to those facing economic hardship.
The Minister emphasized the importance of collaboration and coordination among all stakeholders to achieve the sector’s objectives and effectively address the needs of the community. She reiterated the government’s commitment to social solidarity and improving the quality of life for all citizens.
