Oran is preparing to host the “Mechanics Algeria” exhibition from February 10th to 12th at the city’s conference center. This significant economic and industrial event highlights the growing dynamism of the mechanical industries, automotive parts manufacturing, and subcontracting sectors in Algeria.
The exhibition will feature wide participation from leading national and international companies active in the production of automotive spare parts, as well as prominent industrial subcontracting firms and vehicle manufacturing and assembly companies. This makes the event a valuable platform for stakeholders in this strategic sector to connect.
The exhibition is organized under the patronage of the Minister of Industry, with the support of the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency and the Algerian Economic Renewal Council. This collaboration underscores the ongoing efforts to develop the national industrial base and promote investment in manufacturing and mechanical industries.
“Mechanics Algeria” anticipates record attendance from companies authorized to manufacture vehicles, in addition to global corporations and factories involved in vehicle and parts production. This reflects the attractiveness of the Algerian market and the opportunities available for partnership and technology transfer.
The event is also expected to welcome high-level official attendance, alongside the announcement of the formation of the vehicle parts division of the Economic Renewal Council. This initiative aims to structure this vital activity, coordinate the efforts of operators, and enhance local integration and the competitiveness of Algerian products.
“Mechanics Algeria” is poised to be a space for exchanging expertise, exploring cooperation opportunities, and forging partnerships, contributing to the development of the automotive and spare parts industry and solidifying Oran’s position as a key economic and industrial hub at the national level.
