Algiers, January 15, 2026 – President Abdelmadjid Tebboune received today Farah Sheikh Abdulkadir Mohamed, Special Envoy and bearer of a message from the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia. Mr. Mohamed also serves as the Minister of Education and Higher Education for Somalia.
