Stellantis Algeria Launches Leadership Program for Fiat Network

Algiers – Stellantis Algeria has announced the launch of a new Executive Leadership Excellence Program, an unprecedented management training initiative designed in partnership with the Algerian Higher School of Business. The program aims to bolster the leadership capabilities of managers within the Fiat network, aligning with a comprehensive strategic vision for enhancing administrative and operational performance.

The company stated that this program is part of a strategic approach to support the development of the Fiat brand in Algeria. It is specifically tailored for managers of accredited dealerships. The training focuses on developing strategic leadership, decision-making, and effective management skills, all crucial for ensuring the sustainable and efficient performance of the distribution network.

Through this initiative, Stellantis Algeria seeks to empower its accredited dealers to anticipate market changes, improve operational execution, and embody the group’s vision and standards for both employees and customers. This will enhance the network’s competitiveness and its ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics.

The program was co-designed with the Algerian Higher School of Business to deepen participants’ understanding of the economic and managerial challenges associated with car distribution, structure their strategic vision, and enhance their analytical and governance skills. It also serves as an effective tool for strategic alignment, solidifying common goals and unifying the interpretation of Stellantis Algeria’s priorities.

Investing in Leadership

Through this investment in executive training, Stellantis Algeria reaffirms its conviction that competitiveness and long-term sustainable growth are primarily based on quality leadership, the development of managerial competencies, and the strengthening of academic partnerships, ultimately serving to build an efficient and sustainable automotive ecosystem.

“We are counting on people to lead the transformation,” said Selim Ramdani, General Manager of Stellantis Algeria.
