Tissemsilt, Algeria – Algeria Chemical Specialties Holding (ACS) has officially reclaimed a plastics production unit located in Tissemsilt. The move, finalized with representatives from the State Property Directorate, marks a significant step in the holding company’s strategy to bolster its investment portfolio and revitalize industrial activity in the region.
