Ministry of Education Issues Key Exam Candidate Data Verification Notice

The Ministry of National Education has announced that candidates for the 2026 Brevet d’Enseignement Moyen (BEM) and Baccalaureate (BAC) exams can now access their registered data on the National Office for Examinations and Competitions (ONEC) websites to verify its accuracy.

This verification period will run from Monday, January 26th, to Monday, February 9th, 2026.

In the event of any errors in the registered data, the Ministry has outlined the following procedures:

For Enrolled Candidates: Any errors identified must be reported to the head of their educational institution before February 10th, 2026.

For Independent Candidates: Any errors identified must be reported to the Directorate of Education or the Wilaya Center for Distance Education and Training to which they are affiliated, as applicable, before the deadline of February 10th, 2026.

The Ministry also emphasized that if an error concerns the number of previous attempts or prior attainment of the Baccalaureate, candidates must complete the required payment via the electronic payment platform: epay.education.dz before the final deadline of Monday, February 9th, 2026.

The Ministry of Education urges all candidates to carefully review their data and adhere to the specified deadlines to avoid any complications during the official exam registration process. Failure to comply with these deadlines may result in issues during the registration process.
