Moscow – A top Russian envoy has stated that a complete withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from the Donbas region is the only viable path to achieving lasting peace in the ongoing conflict. Kirill Dmitriev, a prominent figure within the Russian government, made the remarks earlier today, emphasizing the need for Kyiv to relinquish control over the contested territories.
Dmitriev argued that such a move would de-escalate tensions and create the necessary conditions for meaningful negotiations between the involved parties.
