The Lebanese Football Association has announced the appointment of former reserve team coach Madjid Bougherra as the head coach of its senior national team. Bougherra succeeds Montenegrin coach Miodrag Radulović in the position.
In its official statement released via its account on the “X” platform, the Lebanese Association did not disclose the specific details of the contract with Madjid Bougherra.
It is worth noting that Bougherra previously led the reserve team to victory in the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021 and reached the final of the African Nations Championship (CHAN 2022) held in Algeria.
The Lebanese Football Association decided during its executive committee session held today to appoint the Algerian Madjid Bougherra as the head coach of the senior national team.
