Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu lost his balance and fell to the ground during an official reception ceremony at the Turkish Presidential Palace during his official visit on Tuesday.
Videos circulating on social media platforms documented the moment President Tinubu fell while walking alongside Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan following the reception ceremony, as they headed toward the stairs to enter.
As soon as Tinubu lost his balance and fell, security personnel and officials rushed to help him up. The two presidents were later seen standing side-by-side in front of the Presidential Palace for photographs.
