The JS Kabylie sports joint-stock company has announced the dismissal of both the Chairman of the Board of Directors, El Hadi Ould Ali, and the Sporting General Manager, Hakim Medane.
By decision of the Board of Directors, Adel Boudja, a senior executive within the company, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.
A series of decisions were also taken, including the termination of Hakim Medane’s duties as Sporting General Manager and the creation of a Technical Sporting Director position in its place. Applications for this new position will be opened in the coming days, based on criteria to be announced in a subsequent statement to enhance the principles of professional transparency and performance-based evaluation.
The club’s management further announced the establishment of a Steering Council for Training, Partnership, and Sports Investment. This council is described as an independent structure directly linked to the Board of Directors, bringing together sports and management experts capable of contributing to the prestigious team and elevating it to the ranks of major clubs. Applications for membership in this council will be opened in a separate announcement at a later date.
According to the statement, other decisions were made to correct the course of the JS Kabylie sports company and provide a new dynamic to establish the foundations of professional management and governance. These measures aim to enforce discipline while supporting the team to achieve its set sporting goals and return to the path of winning titles.
