The National Meteorological Office announced the continuation of heavy thunderstorms across the eastern and western provinces of the country.
An alert from the office stated that rain is expected to continue until noon today, Thursday, in the provinces of El Tarf, Skikda, Annaba, and Jijel.
In a separate alert, the Meteorological Office warned of heavy thunderstorms starting from midnight until Friday morning in the provinces of Sidi Bel Abbes, Saida, Mascara, and Tlemcen.
