President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune has ordered the import of one million head of sheep in anticipation of Eid al-Adha.
During a meeting on Wednesday, the Prime Minister informed government members of the President’s decision to support the national livestock market for the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha by importing one million head of sheep.
In this regard, the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Fisheries has been tasked with immediately initiating the necessary measures to implement the President’s decision.
