Thousands of Libyans participated on Friday in the funeral of Saif al-Islam Gaddafi in the Libyan city of Bani Walid, with the participation of a large number of social and tribal groups, most notably the Warfalla and Qadhadhfa tribes.
Participants in the funeral chanted slogans condemning the assassination of Saif al-Islam Gaddafi at the hands of masked gunmen in the city of Zintan in the west of the country, demanding an urgent and transparent investigation into the circumstances of the crime.
