The electronic payment platform of the AADL Real Estate Management Agency (Gest Immo) recorded more than 1,060,683 electronic payment transactions during 2025, representing the payment of monthly rent for rent-to-own housing units.
According to a statement from the agency, this figure reflects the increasing reliance of AADL neighborhood residents on electronic payment methods, due to the ease of use, speed of transactions, and immediate tracking of rent invoices they provide.
These results are in line with the strategy of the Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City, aimed at modernizing the management of the sector, enhancing digitalization, and simplifying administrative procedures.
