Minister of National Education, Mohamed Seghir Saadaoui, highlighted the benefit of employees in certain special education corps receiving retirement pensions before the legal age, under the patronage of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
During a national video conference, Saadaoui described this measure as a clear embodiment of the care the President of the Republic provides to the national education sector and an appreciation for the significant efforts made by its staff across various educational levels.
The Minister also expressed his appreciation and respect for the teachers, professors, supervisors, inspectors, and school directors who will benefit from this measure after long professional careers characterized by dedication and giving.
In the same context, Saadaoui pointed out that early retirement reflects the level of exhaustion imposed by the educational profession, emphasizing the validity and importance of this measure in responding to the concerns of sector employees. He stressed the need for education directorates to provide optimal support for beneficiaries when submitting their retirement files, reflecting the high level of educational performance and the ministry’s commitment to honoring colleagues leaving the educational and administrative fields.
The Minister also affirmed his determination to continue working and coordinating directly with the government team and various state institutions to improve the socio-professional conditions of employees and to strengthen mechanisms for listening to accredited trade unions within the sector, as part of a participatory approach.
