A carbon monoxide leak from a water heater resulted in the poisoning of a family of six in Constantine Province.
According to a statement from Civil Protection, emergency services intervened at 08:06 to assist a family of six, aged between 3 and 52 years, in the new city of “Ali Mendjeli,” located in the municipality and district of El Khroub, Constantine Province.
The victims received first aid at the scene before being transported to the local hospital.
