The President of the Council of the Nation, Azzouz Nasri, oversaw on Tuesday the opening of a parliamentary day titled “Organ Transplantation: Between Sharia, Legal, and Medical Dimensions.”
The opening took place in the presence of the President of the Constitutional Court, Leila Aslaoui, the Speaker of the People’s National Assembly, Ibrahim Boughali, and the Minister of Relations with Parliament, Nadjiba Djilali, in addition to representatives of national bodies and organizations.
During this meeting, organized by the Committee on Health, Social Affairs, Labor, and National Solidarity of the Council of the Nation, presentations will be given by specialists from various sectors on the reality and prospects of organ transplantation in Algeria.
