The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, participated Wednesday morning in Addis Ababa in the opening ceremony of the 48th session of the African Union Executive Council.
The ministerial meeting is being held in preparation for the African Union Summit scheduled for February 14 and 15. It involves the discussion of several issues and files related to the role and position of joint African action in addressing the most significant political, security, and developmental challenges facing the continent.
