The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion issued an important call on Monday to economic operators who have submitted their estimated programs for the import of raw materials, goods intended for resale, or equipment for the first half of 2026.
The ministry’s statement explained that operators who have received approval for their estimated programs are required to immediately access their accounts via the dedicated digital platform to verify the processing status of their files. The statement confirmed that the appearance of the word “Processed” in the “Processing Status” field means the file has received final approval from the ministry’s central services.
The ministry urged operators whose files have been processed to approach their pre-selected banking institutions directly to complete “bank domiciliation” procedures. This step immediately precedes actual import operations to ensure the market is supplied with the goods and equipment scheduled for the current half-year.
These measures are part of the modernization of the commercial sector and the facilitation of operations for exporters and importers. The digital platform aims to reduce administrative delays and provide greater transparency in granting import licenses and managing estimated programs, in line with the economic objectives for the current year.
