USM Alger secured their qualification for the quarter-finals of the Algerian Cup after defeating their neighbor, USM El Harrach, on Monday at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Baraki. The match ended 3-2 in favor of USM Alger after extra time.
The match concluded in regular time with a 2-2 draw before USM Alger scored the winning goal during extra time. The three goals for the “Soustara” side were scored by Loucif, Likonza, and Ghacha in the 5th, 70th, and 101st minutes. Meanwhile, the two goals for “Es-Safra” were scored by Bacha and Chouki.
