The Council of the Nation is holding a plenary session today, Tuesday, at its headquarters, dedicated to the presentation and discussion of a draft organic law concerning the judiciary status.
According to a statement from the Council, the session will begin with the presentation and approval of the specialized committee’s report regarding the validation of a new member representing the presidential third, before moving on to the presentation of the draft law by a government representative and the presentation of the committee’s preliminary report.
The session’s proceedings will continue during the evening with interventions from Council members, concluding with the government representative’s response to the discussions and observations raised, the statement added.
