The meeting was dedicated to assessing network quality and enhancing coverage, particularly in rural areas.

During the meeting, the Minister emphasized the necessity of improving service quality and held operators fully accountable for their legal responsibilities, stressing the importance of adhering to the terms of reference and standards for coverage and service quality. He also called on the operators to provide a written commitment to a remedial program to address identified shortcomings.

The Minister highlighted the importance of regular communication with citizens, informing them of any technical malfunctions or scheduled maintenance. He also stressed the need to ensure coverage along road networks, especially in the south, before June, providing at least minimum services, particularly for emergency calls.
