US Ambassador hosts reception to mark the end of her mission in Algeria

The Ambassador of the United States of America, Elizabeth Moore Aubin, organized a reception at the embassy headquarters on the occasion of the end of her mission in Algeria. The event was attended by officials and representatives of diplomatic missions in Algeria, as well as guests including the head of the Algerian-American Friendship Committee at the People’s National Assembly, MP Nasser Batiche.

In her speech, the Ambassador expressed her pride in her tenure in Algeria, praising the development of Algerian-American relations in recent years and the multi-sectoral cooperation they have witnessed. She also expressed her appreciation for the Algerian people, emphasizing that she found a distinguished professional and human environment in Algeria.

She stressed that relations between the two countries will continue on a positive path in the future, with broad prospects for further development. She also noted the importance of parliamentary channels and friendship committees in supporting and strengthening this path.

At the conclusion of the meeting, she thanked the Algerian authorities, led by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, for the support and cooperation she received during her diplomatic tenure.
