Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals Lotfi Boudjemaa announced on Sunday, from the Biskra Judicial Council, the launch of a new digital platform. This platform allows lawyers to submit requests for standard copies of judgments and decisions issued by ordinary and administrative judicial bodies and to retrieve them with electronic signatures.
This mechanism aims to simplify procedures, expand services, and eliminate the need for lawyers to travel to judicial institutions. Lawyers can access the platform using their electronic account credentials for the digital platform used for exchanging petitions and response memorandums through the official website of the Ministry of Justice.
The request processing is automated, provided the requested document is ready for retrieval. Within a maximum of 24 hours, the lawyer will be able to download the electronically signed document.
